Manhattan restaurant recommendations?

Looking for a good and fun restaurant on the west side - possibly in Chelsea, West Village or Hells Kitchen. Gotta find someplace cool to go for my bachelorette party!

Thanks!

I went to a bachelortte party where we started with dinner at that place...it was a really good time and they treated us well. Afterwards we went to all bars in NYC that had that texas/cowboy/etc. theme - it was a cute idea.
