manicure

Does anyone know a good place to get a manicure? Every place i go to chips after 3 seconds.

My brothers gf told me of a few places that use the UV gel for manicures so it doesnt chip, but shes in FL for the week so shes no help.


Anyone know any where good?

I'm in Lindenhurst and work in Melville. so anywhere around there. I dont mind driving tho

I only know good (well, decent) Queens places... and I have the same problem. I go more for the cuticle clean up anyway and then I wind up changing my own polish after 2 days.
UV manicure: The do them in French and limited colors. My MOH had the French done for graduation. It's expensive, but it does last. Only thing is when she took them off, her nails were all disclolored, they had like, these weird peachy-orange splotches on them from whatever they use to make the nails stick and she couldn't get it off, it just had to grow out.

same here. I go more for the maintenance of like my cuticles and get them to shape the nails nicely cuz I s u c k at that. As far as the polish, my toes never seem to chip so I get color on those but fingernails I usually do a clear or light color because they will always chip within a day!

I haven't gotten a manicure in YEARS. yes i know..i'm just too cheap and im always working on my house etc.

have you gone to that place on main st in farmngdale? they were ok.
