I just saw the cutest custom-made wedding shoes by Manolo Blahnik. I don't have a picture of them, but they're in Town & Country mag., the wedding edition.
I haven't even thought about shoes, but these were so nice! What's everyone doing for shoes? Do you go to a reg. shoe store, or do yo get them through a bridal salon?

I love Manolo's but they are soo not comfortable.. I don't have the custom made ones, but I'd def look into it. I'm sure they are stunning though.. ..

I saw those too - sooo cute! I currently have two pairs of wedding shoes b/c nothing is comfortable but I'm a shoe freak and can't stop buying them. Saks had a good selection of Bagdley Mishkas (this is the first pair) and then I found Ann Klein strappy shoes for like $70! I have a credit at the Monolo Blahnik store in NYC but haven't seen anything weddingish enough yet. I am determined to find a comfortable, pretty pair of open toe sandals.

I feel the same as you, I can't stop buying shoes. I don't think Manolo store would have these shoes, the mag. said they're custom made, but I really love them.
What's strange with me is that I am more comfortable in a very high heel than I am in something that's considered 'comfortable'. Strange, I know!

no, I totally hear you..but it's not the heel that bothers me with shoes, it's whether or not I feel stable.. and the heels on manolo's are very flimsy..

Re: Manolo Blahnik's
I actually think that Manolo's (as uncomfortable as they look) are better than most shoes of the style.... I have a few pairs of Jimmy Choo's that I CAN NOT wear b/c they absolutely kill my feet, but Manolo's not so much....
I want to find a pair just like those in T&C Mag.... I love them!!!!!!!!!!! I know I will prob. be like jennyg and buy a ton of shoes before I get 'the shoe'...I can't help it..I am a shoe freak!
