Mansion at West Sayville Brides?!

Hello ladies!
Just curious to see the other Mansion at WS brides out there and to ask you ladies some questions that have been running through my mind!
Are any of you doing any DJ lighting for the dance room?
Are you planning on having two bartenders in the dance room, or one in the dining area/one in dance? Most of our friends and family are heavy drinkers so I'm trying to decide what the best option would be.
Anyone pick out a hotel yet? Do any in the area have a shuttle?
Now that we have our vendors pretty much narrowed down all the little things are starting to come into play! Ahh!

Mansion at West Sayville Brides?!

I'm not a West Sayville bride (it was one of my top choices so beautiful!) but I recommend checking out the Courtyard by Marriott off of exit 60 on the LIE (it's the Courtyard Macarthur Airport/Islip). They don't provide a shuttle for free but they work with a shuttle company to provide 14-person shuttles for a cost (which another bride told me is $210 per shuttle) or you can work with your own limo company. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL and the suites are a great size if you plan on getting ready there with your bridesmaids. Unfortunately, she couldn't give me a quote until a year out but I will most likely be booking my hotel room block there. She said for May 2015 quotes were $149/night, so hopefully they're the same for May 2016.

Thanks for the info! I think the Marriott was at the last showcase I went to, so they are probably the closest. =)

Not a West Sayville bride, but my best friend for married there a year and a half ago and it was a GREAT wedding. She said she had an awesome experience working with them. And I used the courtyard Marriott in islandia for my wedding block! They were great too!

im at west sayville! were doing the lights only in the dancefloor room i think and im still looking at hotels, i really wanted one with a free shuttle but im still looking around. fm me if you want =]

I'm at west sayville too! I booked my block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Islip. They do not have a shuttle to the venue, but do have one to the train station and MacArthur airport. We booked the shuttle through our limo company.

I'm still torn on where to put the bars. Let us know what you decide on! Its so nice to share with other WS brides!
