Does your hall provide the placecards or do you have to purchase them separately? Also, how many of you bought some type of holder for them and how many just left them as is?

Re: Many placecard questions...
My hall provides them, but I think they are ugly.
I purchased some frames to hold them for .99 and they had placecards in them.

Re: Many placecard questions...
My photographer provides the place cards because our engagement picture is on each one. We couldn't get a holder because of this...but I love them!

Re: Many placecard questions...
my hall provides them but they are a little bland. I bought some from zapco paper for like $20. they can be fed into a computer and done with out any hand writing. also you can select from various colors.
My hall provides them but we did buy place holders for them that will double as favors- you can see it at www.jbemporium.image.org. They are the ones that are hearts in white with rhinestones, they hold the place card and then double as a favor you can put a regular picture in it afterwards. The place was amazing to work with and very reasonable.

Thanks girls - I think I'm going to order the frames too. I found a bunch of websites and compared prices.

My hall provides place cards but they are ugly. I bought mine online, they have 2 silver hearts on the top. I am also using a candle place card holder also silver with hearts that I bought online from www.allinone funfavors.com edited to say that my place card holders also double as favors that can hold a picture.

Re: Many placecard questions...
My hall has personal seating of the guests, but I'm still doing placecards. Here's a sample of one. It's a picture of Ava Gardner and it will match the picture on the table (which I'm using instead of a table number).
