We are having trouble selecting a HM destination. One of the places on the list is Manzanillo. Anyone have info, tips, prices, etc? We are considering a stay at Las Hadas Golf Resort & Marina.

Hey. I just looked on tripadvisor.com and the reviews are good, but not great.
Another hotel in Manzanillo is El Tamarindo. It looks gorgeous and that hotel was on our list before we decided on Tahiti. Every room has a plunge deck/plunge pool (we really wanted that for our HM) and the reviews on trip advisor are great! If I remember correctly it's a little pricey... maybe starting at $400/night? HTH.

oh thanks! yeah I checked out the trip advisor boards (love that site), not very consistant reviews which does concern me... but T&L magazine and a host of others rate it so high.
I also looked into El Careyes, is that affiliated with El Tamarindo?
