Re: marcellabella???
I'm going to do it in Word and then have it printed out on Ivory parchment paper in a large size and then tack that onto a board and frame it.. then it'll be on an easel.. and I am decorating the easel with feathers and what not,.
edited to say: K, the reason I'm doing this is b/c I am already having a table set up with all the masks and another easel with this script-like excerpt about our venetian masquerade ball. so I didn't want 2 of them, you know?

Re: marcellabella???
How are you printing it on large paper? Are you taking it to a Kinkos or something?

Re: marcellabella???
That is a fab idea!!!!!
I wish I could do this, but my plaecard frames are already purchased. Actually my aunt bought them for me and she was so proud. It would kill her if I changed my plan.

That is gorgeous and such a great idea! I don't think FH would go for it though...esp if he's never seen one before. He can be quite narrow minded sometimes.

Thrilled, we are in the same boat with FH.
He wants a wedding out of 1962
Not the most openminded sometimes.

Re: marcellabella???
I also saw this online. These are real pressed flowers:
I love this too. A friend of mine had this a few years ago and a caligrapher did it. A little expensive and no room for additions or deletions once complete.
My concern was that the older guests would forget their table number without something to look at. Should I worry about that?

Re: marcellabella???
hahah- sorry I am laughing, but that's a funny image!
Honestly, I dont think that will be an issue, just make sure the letters are large enough for everyone to see, even without their glasses.
