When i checked the Fox Hollow i was quoted at $69 pp for a 125 minimum Sunday night wedding.

March prices for Westbury Manor are:
Fri 7pm-12am $70PP
Sat 1pm-6pm $65pp
Sat 630pm-1130pm $85pp
Sun 1230pm-5:30pm $63pp
Sun 6:00pm-11:00pm $65pp
They have several rooms so I am not sure what the minimums are.We are doing a Thursday in July so we go a better rate than the regular summer price would be. Good Luck! they are awesome

Im sure March will be cheaper than what we paid for an August Sat eve - but we pd $95 pp + tax & grat. if you want Viennese hr it's an extra $15pp - but it was SOOOOOOOOOO worth it! I've attached pics of our Viennese hour. Also if you do deal w/CLM - ask to deal with Nick or Tino - do NOT deal with Lou. and see if you can request Jessica as bridal attendant - she is AMAZING! & Jerry for bartending! I have 10 pics - so will post in separate postings

march is off season so anywhere you go will have a lower min and price pp...I would def go checkout Westbury manor!
also...I have heard great things about the place and the price-Swan club....
and if you dont mind a little bit of a drive...Giorgios at fox hill

I paid approx 70 per head (plus tax and service fee) for a Saturday night at the Fox Hollow in March '10... but I booked in May of 2008. 110 minimum in Winter Garden Pavilion.

for march at fox hollow i was quoted 75 pp for sat night 125 minimum briar fox room, sat day was 60 pp and fri night 65 pp. but i also asked about this back in april 2008.

I booked at the Watermill and it's $75 per person for a Saturday night. Lots of little things included.
