Re: March Brides - help!
I think we're going to go to La Playa Del Carmen and stay in a bungalow... looking forward to that... but we're not going to go until April (FH is a NYC HS teacher)My Photographer (Verdi) suggested to us that we have a lot of architecture in the photos (you know since we can't very well have foliage)... I think the park that he was thinking of is in Oyster Bay... but i'm sure once you speak with the photographer... they'll know of a great place!

Re: March Brides - help!
We will take pictures at church, then hopefully beach (depending on weather)
then at hall outside and in, if it rains - I dont know yet what to do - havent gotten to that yet.
we are staying at Garden city hotel, so I guess if worse comes to worse can take some pics in room - not very exciting, will have to think of something and ask photographer for suggestions.

Re: March Brides - help!
Charliesgirl, we obviously have a lot in common., the Milleridge in March and Royal Caribbean.
I will be sure to come back and give you the full detailed report of everything.Sn00k, my FH is also a teacher (in LI). We are taking our honeymoon right away but because it's during the school year a few of the days will have to be unpaid.

Where is everyone having their RD?? Right after the holiday I will be looking to secure a place. We kinda had italian in mind, any suggestions???
Did any of you go to the Umbertos GTG? I unfortunately did not. Is this place suitable for a RD? How is the food? We are really looking for informal and inexpensive. Ideas please.
