Okay so I'm starting to freak out a little bit cause I don't even have a bridesmaid dress picked out no less ordered and with my sister's wedding coming up in October it's almost impossible to get anyone to do anything especially on the weekends!
What do you girls think would be the latest I can order them and still be safe?

Church/musicians RH Music Florists Dress Shoes Invites (chosen style, colors and all) BM dresses MOB and MOG dresses FG dress Tuxes (FH chose those) Gifts(I haven't bought them, but know what I am getting them)

i picked out the BM dresses and 5 out of the 6 of my girls have been measured!!!
AND I'm in the process of getting invitations now...
what about everyone else?
ETA: we also registered at BBB and will be registering at Fortunoff next friday and then that will be completed finished too!

Hey there haven't seen you in a while!!!!!! Sounds like things are really coming together!
Its pretty much a lull for me. My sister found a dress so we decided on a color. I told the BM's to just go to DB and pick out whatever dress they wanted as long as it wasn't the same as hers. I don't think they've done anything tho. I haven't even talked to one of them in over a month, we keep on playing phone tag and she refuses to respond to emails.
On the positive side, we're meeting with one videographer this week and one next week.

I just ordered a couple of invitation samples from the ones in my album. I want to feel them before I order them. MY FH is goin on Part 1 (I know, ridiculous) of his bachelor part for a weekend in November so I'm going to try and cram in a couple of hair/mu appts while he's gone since I can have the car to myself. I need to get on favors. I really just need to decide on one. I'm def. doing something edible, like a big cookie or something, I just need to pick it out. I just hit my 6 month mark this past Saturday and I'm starting to freak out.
There's so many other little things, but that's what i'm focusing on right now.

Has anyone done anything such as cakes yet? I realize we probably still have sometime but I was wondering when you guys are going to pick one out.
I forgot I never did the Tuxes and flower girl dress but that won't be till dec./jan.

Hey Jen, I just realized there are now 4 brides on our day!
I started to think about a grooms cake for the RD since its a few days after FH's bday. I was told to start contacting places around 3 months but nothing has to really be done until around 1 month prior.
As far as the wedding cake, when you meet with the RH about a month or so before the wedding you do that also? I think thats the case with my hall.
