Thinking of having a March wedding. Any thoughts?

we were going to do March or November but we really wanted June, so we just changed the day of the week to Thursday and we got it! Otherwiese I would have had a March wedding too

I'm getting married 3/26 and you don't save a lot of money! But then again I'm getting married at a temple and its the same price as may, june, etc etc. I think that theory only applies to RHs

for a temple wedding the only tiime it would be cheaper is if you did dec-feb which we didn't want

We were originally going to do it in June but the price per person was about 20 bucks cheaper if we did it in March!!! Of course the weather might be chilly but it could also be beautiful!

i guess it depends on where your having it--- our price for march was almost in half--- in my opinion, if you can deal wtih the cold, totally worth it, we dont regret it at all!

yeah, its def a temple thing. their prices are the same all year round bc they don't have 'a wedding season'. the only time it would be less expensive is if it were dec - feb....and of course a sunday is cheaper than a sat night, but thats true everywhere

My wedding was in March and we were lucky enough to get 75 degree sunny weather AND a discount on the per person cost!

March is a beautiful time of year!! And there arent any holidays in March so people wont be going away or anything. I love it!

This is what I was originally thinking. We wanted a Sat. in Aug, but it is just so much money. I'm hoping for a deal from the vendors I've already seen.

FH's friends had a March wedding this past March and they got very lucky w/ the weather. It was like 75 and sunny! I say go for it if it saves you money.
