Re: March/April Brides-Shoe Question
Im going through the same thing, but Im buying two pairs for my first fitting and making the decision based on how they look with the dress. If I like open toed better, thats what Im going with

Re: March/April Brides-Shoe Question
My wedding is the week befor yours and I am wearing open toe shoes with an ankle strap.
I think you have to consider how much time you are actually going to spend out doors and that will determine if it really matters or not.

I don't think time of year matters about open/closed toe. I'm doing closed toe just for the seamless effect. These are mine.

They are just Steve Madden and can you believe they were free! Well it was buy one, Get one free and that was the cheaper pair so they were free!
My dress is white, with a pink ribbon around the waist. they match to the 'T', i didnt have to dye them. :) my dress comes below the knee, so they will show.

Re: March/April Brides-Shoe Question
I could technically wear open toed since its 2 days before May but I think I might wear closed toe because I want to wear thigh highs.

Re: March/April Brides-Shoe Question
I don't think April is too early. You'll be inside and moving A LOT. my gf who was married last DEC wore open toed shoes and was very comfortable. have you looked at www.myglassslipper.com? LOVE the selection there.
