Does anyone KNOW if you can freeze a marinated steak? I got some porterhouse steaks for Valentines Day and want them to be really yummy. I need to freeze them so they keep, but don't know if I can marinade them now or wait until 1-2 days before.

I have a vacuum sealer.
They are on sale at Waldbaums this week (1/30-2/4) for $3.99/pound. They are usually $6.99/pound incase anyone else wants them.

Sure you can freeze them, but just be careful about sucking the marinade into the vacuum sealer machine. It'll break it.

I marinade all my meat before I freeze it. What are you going to marinade it in? I usually do Peter Luger sauce
