Marinating time

Re: Marinating time

So should I use regular italian dressing? And no one replied to how long I cook it for?
Thanks,
Scott

Do you think Brussel Sprouts will cook in the marinade too?

I have never marinated in a creamy dressing, just the zesty Italian one.

Instead of putting the chicken on the GF grill, take a marinated chicken breast, place on Aluminum foil, add veggies, top off with a little more dressing, close up foil to make a package and bake in the oven, Yummy and eashy cleanup!!

how long should I cook them for??

Not sure about Brussel Sprouts.. I never cooked them.. sorry

If you cook the chicken in the oven like I suggested before, I usually cook it for about an hour to an hour and a half. Only because I don't like it to be pink insidde.

On the George Foreman grill they usually cook a lot faster... maybe 7 to 10 mins.

You can cut them in the thickest part of the cutlet and see if it's still pink... that's how i usually know to but them back and cook some more... Once it's all white, it's done

Good Luck!

ETA: Either Italian dressing is fine... it doesn't matter if it's creamy or not. I use both.

I came home and put them in regular Wishbone italian dressing and they have been marinating for the past 3 hours, but now Danielle and I are too tired to cook...So I guess we will have them tomorrow night. I dont know what to get for dinner tonight....
