Heather - please forgive me for not calling today - i went to this furniture store after work and it was a nightmare, and basically had heartburn all day!!!! or an ulcer!!!!!

yeah i read that - ah, with promotion comes more hours/responsibility, etc....it's so bitter sweet!!!! I understand that though - if I was in the same boat, I'd want to hang with Chris too! He's home a lot though

Ugh - ladies, can I just tell you how ANGRY I got in there...I automatically started cursing in there out of frustration, which is very unlike me in a situation like that...but I did - I told them they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS whatsoever....that they also lack proper communication skills, and that I don't want to hear their BS anymore....there's just so much more

The guy tries calling the manufacter and keeps getting his voice mail (he was calling on speaker phone), so after a while he says 'Mrs. Nelson, please, I promise I will call you before 5 tonight with some information and if it's not what you want to hear,we will refund your money' - Five o'clock comes - NO FREAKIN CALL. They call at 5:30!!!!!!!! I'm like, are you freakin' kidding me! So he says that they've been getting the runaround from the manufacturer, but that it's definitely shipped out and should arrive by Friday. I say 'If it's not here by Friday - I want my money back' and the guy agrees......

Sorry so long but needed to vent!!!!!
