Excited about Vegas!!! Only 2 weeks!!! I am sooo excited. Are you ready to go?

OMG - I am soooooooo excited. DH and I were just talking about this last night!! I haven't prepared anything yet.....we're gonna rent our cars tomorrow online so it's all taken care of.....I think we're gonna splurge on a convertible to drive to California!

HOw about you??? Are you going shopping before hand??

Word of advice: Dont make the same mistake I did. I wore the flip flops that I always wear at home to Vegas, and with all the walking we did, my feet were peeling and in pain! Also bring a lot of bottled water with you, because to buy it you get like half the regular size for $3.00! I went last August and it was hot as hell so we drank so much water!

Hahahaha....maybe we were there at the same time last year!! We went in August as well!

Actually, DH and I have been going to Vegas once a year for about 5 or 6 years, although I appreciate the tip about shoes. Can I just tell you I did the same exact thing my first time there and EVERYONE who told me they were going got the same advice you just gave me!!! Great minds think alike!!!!

Another thing about Vegas that people don't realize is that although it's hot as hell there in August, the casinos have a tendency to be freezing, so I don't even wear shorts that much cause I'm always COLD once we come in from outside!!!

I am already ready for me. I have to go shopping with DH for shoes, sneakers and couple of things for him. I really can't do much with my foot now so any last minute things will have to be the day before we leave .

I cannot wait for this trip!!!!! I need this really bad!
