count me out for cookies though, looks like we have a lot of desserts and since I've never made these cookies before, I don't feel like experimenting.
Now - how much sangria do we need?

Wow, I miss a lot in a half hour! LOL
Alright - Sangria - yummy!! Right now we have at least 15 people coming it seems, so that's a lot of Sangria!!
I have a blender and ice (finally a fridge with an ice maker), so Kathy, if you want to make pina coladas be my guest...it will be hard though cause of so many ladies, but not everyone will be drinking alcohol.
Liz, you are welcome to use my oven if need be. I think sternos would be easier, but I might not have the table room to set them up...... Just beware, and Suzanne has noticed, I charge by the 1/2 hour LOL
We definitely also need soda and whatever else. I have filtered water from the fridge, so if you like just ice water, I'll keep pitchers handy. Actually, I can supply the iced tea!!

I will bring cocktail beef patties, b/c I am coming from work. I would have made jerk chicken or something of the Jamaican persuasion but b/c I will be coming from work, it will not work out.

Well, Marni,
I'm sorry, I use the Stove top for this dish, can I use your stove top if need be? THe sternos, I'm not sure would work, b/c the dish gets thick when it cools. I'm trying to see if I can prepare everything the night before, then just quickly cook it up at my sisters right before I come, this really tastes good fresh.

I think we should take a count on how much food we have for 15 people.. if we have to much maybe instead of food someone can bring soda and ice and someone can bring paper goods..ect....
just an idea...
The apple crisp needs to be made in the oven, if there is to many desserts that need to be made in the oven then I will bring or make something else. Just let me know.
I can bring fresh salsa and chips..and soda..

I'm like Tammy, and won't know if I can make it until the day gets closer. But so far count me in!
I was going to make tortellini salad, but there is enough pasta already....
Any other ideas? How about a dessert? I can make brownies or something. What about Jell-O shots! LOL J/K.
