I forget...how long before you get married do you have to get your marraige license? Does it have to be within 60 days of the wedding date??? or 30??? Total brain fart here

I thought it was 30 too. We are getting married in two weeks and we just got ours this morning!

and it's worthwhile noting that you CANNOT get it the day you get married or the day before you get married!!!!!!!!!
There is a 24 hour waiting period. The license isn't valid until the following day (and depending on how picky the person marrying you is, they may not accept it from the day before)..

yes its 60 days....we just gave ours to our rabbi and priest tonight.
