what form of ID do you need to get a marriage license?

WELCOME to my World.
I called. you need two forms of Id
A Drivers license or DMV or other issued picture ID.
and a Birth certificate with raised seal, or passport or registration card.

We have to go to NYC to get FH a new birth certificate..it takes 8-10 weeks by mail
