I got my marriage license lastnight. But we have to go back there cause my fh mother did give me his birth certificate she gave me something else. So now my fh has to go to Smithtown hall and get a copy of his birth certificate and then go back down there to get the license. I just hate running around. I wanted it to be done but it is not. We have it they just hold it.

No you don't have to make an app. I got mine at the brookhaven hall in faminville. You have to go to your town hall and see when they are open late and go there and they take out paper that you fill out and they go first come first ser and then they call you name and then they do it right there with you and it was 40 for it.
