I live in nassau county & i think that its only good for 60 days,, You gotta get married within 60 days of getting it ,,

it's the same in all of new york state..60 days or less before the wedding date

Do you have to do anythign special? like take a medical exam or something. Or do you just go and sign paperwork?

We're the same date - first date we can go is April 26th.

my cousin went yesterday, she said they were in and out in 10 mins, she is getting married on june 2nd.

u dont need a medical exam or anything like that.
depending on which town hall u go to, u need your drivers lisence and passport and sometimes your birth certificate or SS card.
the hempstead town hall requires 2 forms of id, one must be photo.
we brought our drivers licenses and passports.
