Marriage License

Is there any places that let you get it 90 days before the wedding?

Nope. 60 days is state law. No way around that in NYS.

Alright.. just making sure I couldnt do it on my august trip to ny.

You can do it anytime between 60 days and 24 hours before your wedding date. I'd probably do it at least 48 hours beforehand just to be safe - but you could theoretically do it the week of the wedding if necessary. I know it's tough if you are out of state!
