Can I bring my Passport as a valid form for the Marriage Cert? Or do I have to bring my Birth Cert, Drivers License, & SS card??
Passport or License and then Birth Cert or Baptism - they needed one of each when i went.
youy can bring a passport instead of a drivers license...but you still need birth cert and something wiht your SS number on it. I used my tax form or you can use a pay stub .
I think all that I had to bring was 2 forms of ID one with a picture so i used my drivers license and a passport & check for $40

I called last night and you need your birth certificate ALONG with a valid photo ID that matches the name/DOB to the birth certificate *such as a license or passport*, along with $40.00 cash or money order.

Any form of ID is good. a passport is good. Thats probably what I am going to bring. I am going on friday!! I can't wait!!!
Some town clerks only accept checks so bring your check book just incase.
I would take the passport just to be safe. It's the best form of identification I think.
