Marriage License

Where did you get / are you getting yours?

FH and I are going Tuesday but we're up in the air as to where to go. We are leaving work early to go... we work in Woodbury, we live in Lake Grove, we're moving to Wantagh right before the wedding and we're getting married in Aquebogue. We have our final meeting with VC that day too, so we don't have too much time to travel from place to place.

Does it matter if I get in in Nassau or Suffolk? Any suggestions? Thanks!

It doesn't matter where you go. You just have to get your marriage license anywhere in NY state.

FH and I got ours in NYC but are getting married on LI.

We got ours at the Town of Oyster Bay's Massapequa Office. It is on the coner of Hicksville Road and Jeruelum Ave. They have late nights on the 2nd and 4th tuesday of each month.
