Marriage License?

Just wondering... My church told me to go to the town of hempstead... do we have to go there or could we get it anywhere? (ex queens, nassau, suffolk?)

How far in advance is good and does it take a long time to get it?

you should be able to go anywhere in NY state.

i went to huntington this morning and was in-and-out in about 15 minutes (we got there at 9am, give or take)

you can get it up to 2 months in advance ...

oh, and you get it instantly
