Marriage License

Ladies ladies ladies!!!!!!!!!!

Can I obatain my marriage license in any court?

eg: We are getting marry in Suffolk county...However, we work close to the nassau county courts.
Which court can I go to and what do we bring?

i think you can go to any court.
You need to bring license or passport and birth certificate
I think you need to go at least 48 hours in advance but can not go more than 60 days in advance

yes, u can go to any town hall, and u have to bring license and birth certificate however if u go to city hall u don't need to bring ur birth certificate.

I recently had to call my town hall to find out all this info 'cause we're getting our license very soon and they told me it has to be no less than 24 hrs before the ceremony and it's valid for 60 days so u have to have an officiant sign it withing this time
