we went to the one in hempstead. we were in and out in 1/2 hour tops. you need a license and birth certificate. it was easy

We want to town of oyster bay on Hicksville road in massapequa. We brought our birth certificate and liscense. Took longer becuase we he wasn't born in te states

We made an appointment at Town of Islip (where we live) The apt was for 6:30, we we're there at like 6:25 and out by 6:35! It helped to fill out the form before hand (it's listed on their website). The reason we had an appt is because we needed evening hours, which they only do on Tuesdays by appt. Pretty quick and easy though.

You have to go to your local town hall of where one or both of you live. Take your license, birth certificate and $40 and you should be in an out pretty quickly.
