We're going next week to get our marriage license,.,,is there some type of online applicaiton where we could download the app and start filling it out so we can cut down our waiting time?

I think in NYC there is... Honestly though when we went we didn't fill out anything ahead of time and the whole thing took 15 minutes tops.

Yes, in NYC you can start the application process online. We did it this way and we were in and out of the city clerk's office 15 min tops. You save yourself a few mins doing it this way...otherwise you just have to fill out the paperwork at the office

There wasn't anything for us to fill out. The girl did it all.

we filled ours out in the manhasset town office. It took less than 5 mins for us to write it up, then we gave it to the woman who typed it up on the form, we reviewed it, signed it and we were on our way.
