Marriage License help...

I am being a complete spazz and am looking on the website and can not find locations or phone numbers. Does any one have the LI and/or Queens location and a phone no. to call.

We went to Smithtown.
Also town clerk in Oyster Bay and I think Manhasset

Queens Borough Hall at 120-50 Queens Blvd in Kew Gardens. No phone # listed. hours are 8:30 to 4:00.

I sent you all that info silly....You need passport, or Baptismal certificate or Birth Certificate...Also when you get you ML, you need to go to the town hall of your church

hope you are doing okay! We have lots to talk about actually

NYC won't take cash, only money order.
Other counties do.

NYC Marriage License

We went to the one in NYC. It was fast and painless.

It is probably the first government office I've been to where most people are smiling and just feeling darn good.

$40 check (Islip Town)

This applies to LI.
For NYC (any of the five boroughs), you ONLY need picture ID (your passport or driver's license) and a $35 MONEY ORDER. That's it.
There are more requirements for getting it in LI.

You can get your marriage license ANYWHERE in New York State if you are getting married in NY.
