My wedding is April 24th. Does anyone know where and when i need to get the marriage license? I live in East Moriches and I'm getting married in Smithtown. I'm not sure if I need to go to Smithtown town hall or the one in East Moriches. Any one know where i need to go?

You can get it from the town that you live in. You need to get it not more that 60 days prior to your wedding.
