Marriage license question

How long does it take for the marriage license to come?
I got married on July 8 and my officiant sent it certified and i got the return receipt saying it was received on July 13. It is now July 26 and i have yet to receive it! I'm getting worried because i moved into our new home and did a change of address and i'm afraid it's lost somewhere. Does it usually take this long or should i be worried???
