Marriage License Question

Hey Ladies.....

I have a question...when you went for your marriage license-did you need your original birth certifcate or could it be a copy?
My parents lost mine and I have to order a new one and I don't know how long it will take to get a new one...Thanks!!!

I called my local town hall and they said we need our birth certificates, but if FH doesn't get his in time maybe we can try a location that just asks for your drivers license....

Neither...it can be any town hall in the area. As long as its NY...if youlive in Suffolk you can go to a town hall in Nassau and vice versa
