Marriage License Questons

I am currently filling out the application for my marriage license. I have a couple of questions for those of you who have already done this:

1) Did you check the box to change your surname or do you take care of that later?

2) if you did, did you have to change your travel arrangements and get a new ID prior before leaving on your Honeymoon?

3) When they ask for a current address, soes it have to match what is on your Driver's license or where you are actually living (My Fiance and I just moved into a new apartment)

4) Is there any other catchy things I should know about before I fill out this form?

Why does everything have to be so complicated? Ugh

1. Yes I did change my surname then.

2. No, the license doesn't matter- just don't change your passport til after your vacation.

3. Nope, doesn't have to match anything.

4. Nope, nothing, it REALLY is simple!
