Marriage license regulations in NJ

Anyone know what they are??

i'm not sure what you have to bring w/ you (probably similar to NY-- photo id [driver's lic, passport] and possibly birth cert),.

but i do know that if the bride lives in NJ the couple has to get the license in the township SHE lives in, but if only the groom or neither live in NJ, then the couple has to get the license in the township where they are getting married.

Hmmm, now I wonder what the regulations are when NEITHER the bride or groom live in Jersey!

My coworker is getting married in Jersey but they live in Bklyn. I assume they need to get their license somewhere in NJ, right?
