Married girls...

Where did your parents sit on your wedding day?

Was it next to your table?

Thanks.

Good question! If your parents sat next to you did your bridal party sit at the next table? I was kinda thinking the bridal party sat closest to the bride and groom.

We had an odd # of tables. The first table on our left was the bridal party. The next table was my parents. On the right we skipped a table since it would have been in front of the and the first table was his parents. Even though the parent tables were set back they were across from each other and the same distance from us.

Re: Married girls...

The two tables closest to ours were BP/friends tables then the tables in front of ours and to the side (closest to the dance floor) sat our immediate family on one side of the dance floor and DH's immediate family on the other side of the dance floor. We wanted them to be able to have a good view of the cake cutting, first dances, bo-k toss, etc. rather than be closer to our sweetheart table.

My mom was a little that she was at table number 4, but once I explained the lay out and why I put each person where I did, she thought that was the best way possible. HTH!
