Marriot Courtyard Farmingdale or Windgate Commack

Anyone have any feedback on these two Hotels?
Trying to decide which one to Block Rooms with.

We booked with Marriot Courtyard Farmingdale. We sat with Jessica and they had a private breakfast option or vouchers and the rooms were 149 a night in April. If you fill all 10 rooms you also get a free shuttle to and from for your guests.

I honestly didn't even look anywhere else because there's so much else to worry about. When we went in, it looked new, clean, and it's close to CLM.

Marriot Courtyard Farmingdale: was amazing to us, they kept the bar open for us VERY late. Everyone loved their rooms and we did a brunch the next day and it was soo good.

I looked into the courtyard but the price they gave us was the same that was advertised on Orbitz. SO we ended up with the Melville Marriott. THe price was crazy cheap and its a much nicer hotel.
