Martha Stewart Placecards (pics)

I found these on The Knot...I printed the template and the directions, but I am so uncreative...does anybody know if I can get these made somewhere???

I also like the idea and would love for someone to do them for me.
My concern is that if I have to change table arrangements at the last minute - I won't be able to print new cards.

I like the idea of adding your own ribbon on the chair that is the same color of your scheme
