i just decided that i absolutely need a new undergarment for my dress.... do they do same day? my wedding is in 11 days!

Yes,they do..try and go at an off time, since it gets crowded, and you need to be patient but go for it..alterations on the spot! Good luck!

I agree - try to get there when they FIRST open. I went with my mom this past Saturday at 2pm and we were there for 2 1/2 hours before we were helped. They locked the doors at 4pm, but kept working until they had helped everyone who had signed in. It was a bit of a drive for us, so after waiting for 45 min. we were hesitant to leave thinking we'd be helped any minute...little did we know it would take so long The staff is very nice & helpful, so I would recommend them, just make sure that you get there early & that you have a lot of time to burn.
