mass confusion

mass confusion

Since we're getting married in CT, the people coming to the RD are going to have to stay over Friday night (unless, of course, they choose not to come to the RD). This is causing mass confusion as to what nights people should book their rooms for. I've told people a few times, but people still seem to be confused.

I don't think they will get it until they get an actual invitation. Should I just send out RD invites super early? Meaning like as soon as I get them, which will probably be in 10 days or so? That way people know they are invited and have all the info?

Re: mass confusion

so make up a little flyer (doesnt have to be fancy) that says the hotel block information that says

'we have blocked off rooms for the night of the rehearsal dinner and wedding'

...if you would like to stay use the names 'bride/groom' when calling.

if they dont know how to read... its out of your hands, girl.
