100 in silver with black writing. 100 in black with white writing.
I am kicking myself in the butt for ordering two different colors, because guests would probably take both colors; I know I would!
We invited 290 people - not sure what the final number attending is.
MY QUESTION: Should I order more matches? If I do order another box of 100, what color should it be? TIA - this shouldn't be that difficult, I am driving myself crazy of matchbooks

Re: Matchbook Question
are they part of your favor... is each guest getting one? Each couple? Just scattered or in a bowl at the bar?

I was going to put them in a bowl on the same table as the guest book.
Now thinking about it, I may just scatter them on the table with the guest book and have the Matre D' overlook it.

Re: Matchbook Question
I think you're fine with what you have. Not everyone is going to take one.
Where did you order them from? I want them, too, just because I collect matchbooks from restaurants for special occasions... and this is ONE SPECIAL OCCASION!

Re: Matchbook Question
If you are going to scatter them or have them in a bowl then probably 200 would be find. Don't worry about the two colors it would give it a nice look. I don't smoke so if I was attending your wedding I wouldn't take one, so probabaly only the smokers would take one. So I think that 200 is more than enough.

Theknot.com is having a sale on matchbooks. I think they are $24.99 per 100.
