I am about to order my unity candle holder on the knot.com.
The matches and CH napkins are on sale for $16.99.
My question is the matches come in sets of 100 - i plan on inviting 200 people - will 100 be good enough?
and who is planning on getting napkins?

Re: Matches & Napkins
Napkins IMO aren't worth the money...People aren't really going to sit there and be like 'OHHHH how adorable, the napkins match all their colors and theme!!' People are just going to grab them, wipe the food off of their faces or put them around the bottom of their glases...I would rather save the money and spend it else where (sorry if this came off sounding bad) Matches I think are a good idea, esp if you are doing cigars and what not. I would say have at least one per guest, if you know people have grubby fingers and will take them bc they are there. The matches are cheap enough right now where you can buy the two sets and not have to worry about breaking the bank.

Re: Matches & Napkins
that is a better idea because i couldn't decide between sage and light pink so i will get one set of each
even though the sage doesn't match exactly to the BM dresses at least they will go

Re: Matches & Napkins
I dont think the matches go bad...As long as they are stored in a dry place I cant see them not working...If they get moist/damp/wet though I dont think they would work anymore...
I like the idea of getting the two different colors!!

Re: Matches & Napkins
either or is good...by putting them by the place setting you are guaranteing (sp?) that each person gets one

Re: Matches & Napkins
Are you doing anything with cigars or anything to that effect? If you are have them set out with the cigars...If not just put a bunch onto each table scattered around the middle, that way whoever wants one can take it, then at the end of the night someone goes aorund and collects the ones that are left.

Re: Matches & Napkins
Do you think the colors on the matchbooks have to match exactly the colors you are using everywhere else?

I don't think they have to match exactly at all - as long as it goes
My girls dresses are sage and the flowers are pink but i don't think the matches will be the exact color at all
