Re: Mating
Pets that are not fixed can develop various types of cancer and other health issues that can cost you a lot of money. Please read the info below:
The Importance of Spaying/Neutering
Spaying or neutering your companion animal is an essential part of being a responsible pet owner. Millions of kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs are euthanized in pounds across the country each year because there simply are not enough homes for them all.
The Benefits of Spaying or Neutering include: Reduces or eliminates spraying or marking Reduces the desire to roam Risk of mammary gland tumors, ovarian and/or uterine cancer is reduced or eliminated in females Risk of testicular cancer is eliminated in males ...and most of all it reduces the number of unwanted dogs and cats that are put to death
Please, please don't breed dogs. There are too many homeless pets being put to sleep in shelters. Unless you are a professional breeder, you should not breed a dog or cat.
.
If you need some low cost spaying/neutering places, fm me. I can help you with that.

I totally agree. Professional breeders start out by showing dogs of the breed they love, learning about them, apprenticing for another breeder and volunteering at a shelter or working with the rescue club of the breed they love. Becoming a breeder is a career that takes training. Often people start ‘backyard breeding’ because they don’t’ know any better, so we are all trying to inform you. No good comes from inexperienced people breeding. You wouldn’t go to a doctor to have surgery that had NO training but just happened to have the anesthesia, this is the same thing, it’s a danger to your pets as well as the possible puppies that came from it. The fact that you’re asking how you go about it shows you know NOTHING about breeding.

I agree as well. Unless you are a professional, registered breeder, please spay or neuter your dog. It is the best thing for him/her - it will ensure your pet a longer, happier life.

Yeah....DON'T!!!! Aren't there enough puppies out there without you trying to make $$$ and making more. How about learning about adoption and/or shelters?
