Matty the mess strikes again!

I cant believe my 2 1/2 yo Nephew Matthew. Every time he is over he spills something in the den. Usually a red juice drink - think Aunt Fran would learn not to give it to him, Nope.

So he was doing really well with his juice no spills. I give his some chocolate pudding at the kitchen table. He gets up after finishing and I wipe his mouth and hands. He heads for the den to watch baseball and I hear my DH yell MATTHEW - chocolate pudding all over my white sofa!
He looks up at me with this little hang dog look and says sorry, I cleaned my hands?

You just have to love him.

I got most of it out - think Aunt Fran would have Resolve or something like that around the house, Nope.

LOL!!! Kind of like a Murphy's Law...there's a name for that law isnt there? Maybe it's 'Matty's Law'

I think your experiences with red juice drinks and chocolate pudding is going to be my future. My couch is an off white sectional and our new house has a carpet that's somewhere between off white and a very light beige in the living room and hall. Eeeek!

Note to self: Stock up on Resolve

lol How about that thing you just spray on the carpet - not resolve but I can't remember it!!!


He sounds like my cousin's kids - that's why we quarentine them to the livingroom lol

Sorry, Fran!!! If it's any consolation, I have my 11 month old nephew's handprints all over my tv and wall unit door!!
