Max & Chloe VENT
May 4th I ordered 6 necklaces from Max & Chloe on sale for $19 each. It was PERFECT with the earrings that my cousin made and I was SO excited for them.
About 6 weeks later I called to ask them where the necklaces were and they told me that they would take 2 more weeks to come in because they are were being specially made for my order.
2 weeks later I called and the woman told me she would call me back. She never called me back so I called the next day. She said she was trying to get in touch with the owner to find out and she would call me back. AGAIN, she never called me back. This happened AGAIN and then FINALLY today I called and was practically crying on the phone with her. She just called me and told me that I can't get the necklaces and she cancelled my order and there is nothing she can do. I'm SO MAD! I ordered this over 2 months ago and they tell me NOW! I have to try and find something that matches the earrings and is in my price range. The earrings have onyx in them and silver. I'm SO upset and mad!
