Max # of Guests

Does the Maximum number include your vendors? or can you go over the max with vendors?

For example if a room holds 170 comfortably, and I have 5 vendors, does that mean I shouldn't have more than 165 guests?

Vendors aren't included in your final head count unless you haven't made your mininum. They are served separately from your guests either way
