I asked about them before, but has anyone actually used them? their prices are not that bad. And if you buy the make-up it's even better. So I think I might consider them.

I have done, hair, facials and massages there...i like it but they are pricey!!!!!!

I get my haircut at the one in the Source Mall. I think its very reasonable priced. I mean I dont dye my hair or anything, so all they do is give me a trim, but it comes out nicely.

My FSIL got her makeup and hair done at the one in the Source for her prom last year. She looked absolutely beautiful and because of her I was considering going there myself for the wedding!

I've been pricing around, they are $75+ for make-up and $95+ for hair...that is not bad at all IMO

I have used them for facials and massages and love them for that. I had a hair trial and my sister told me I looked like Madusa. It was BAD. Maybe it was the person I had, I dont know.

I have known a few girls that did make-up trials there and let's just say when they were doen it was like 'WHOA!' they looked like 'ladies of the night' if you know what's saying!!!
so, i've seen the makeup----unless you want to go for the really heavy look, which most brides do not, you might not like it....

I used to get my hair done there. Debbie did my colour & Rachel did my cut. Not sure who is still there though...I have not been there in about 4 years.

if you're registered at fortunoff, they'll give you a coupon for a free makeup trial at maximus. great gimmick...i never wouldh've thought to go there if not for that coupon.
i'm also indulging in a spa manicure and pedicure on friday there. woo-hoo!!!

I got a trial card though my limousine, so that is why I am interested, otherwise, I too never would have considered.
They are close to me & I can't have someone come to me because I am dressing at a hotel, and not sure I can definitely be in for an early check in.

I had a really bad hair and makeup trial experience with them. They were rude to me and I was not at all pleased with the service. When I asked why I was there for 2 hours and all that was done was my hair being set with rollers, they blamed my hair! What they actually did to my hair, I could have done it myself. I spent soo much money on that trial, and I feel like I was ripped off. So no, wouldn't recommend them.

Here are the pics from my trial at Maximus.
I didn't have a problem with the makeup. I can't remember who did it, but she did a good job and was pleasant to deal with. My hair, however, was a disaster. It somehow took them four hours to achieve this look! I basically could have curled it myself. When I asked why they were taking so long and pushing me off to so many different people and why I was being ignored by the person who was designated to do my hair (she was too busy doing colorings and didn't care), they didn't apologize. I spent almost two hundred on the trial.
I really hate Maximus. I called the next day and they didn't offer me anything but a free trial with someone else. I sad no, because they had left a bad taste in my mouth. What ***** is that they were 5 minutes away from Westbury Manor. I really hoped it would have worked out. owell.
