How is everyone's planning going?

It's been rough lately. One step forward, two steps back.

However, we meet with our day of coord next week and she'll get me back in line!

shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! don't say that out loud ;)

I can't wait to get some responses back. I just sent my invites out on Tuesday and I've already gotten some calls from people who received them and love them :D It's so exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FH & I went to the hall last night, & we picked our menu and cake.

Invites are going out today!! WOOOHOOOO!!!

I have to check-in with my checklists this weekend and update my to-do list and time line. I have to start the programs this coming week, wording for our menu, and I need to set up final appts with the vendors.

so much to do still-non stop! i need a diploma in wedding planning as well as marriage certificate after all this!

Girl, you are on the ball! We are going to start our menus soon but first have to finalize a few details with the catering manager. As for programs, we still have no idea what readings or music we want!

the last steps are the hardest for me to do.
I am so tired of the planning! I don't want to do anything anymore!


Does anyone else feel this way?

yes yes and yes...i'm so ADD, my mind flits from on thing to the next-how will i make 200 placecards? the big stuff was fun and THINKING up the details was cool, but proceeding with the plans to make all the crud-uggggg. i'm running out of gas! (haha that sounds funky!)

Thats exactly how I feel!!!! Like I am LOW on gas and am just getting those few miles in... Like when driving with the light on with the gas station no where in sight! How long can I go???

I'm sure it will be! It's going to be so nice to be married, be with our friends & families, and see all of our planning realized! Hopefully we'll be having too much fun to notice the little things that go wrong!

i'm so excited and at the same time, I have to admit i'm getting tired of it all

That is exactly how I feel! So overwhelmed with all the little details. I keep looking at the list, and feel like I will never get any of it done!

I don't know what 'free time' is anymore! I don't think I have really relaxed in months.
