May 2009 brides - freaking out yet?

I definaly have to agree I am beginning to feel like we are running out of time! I have gotten alot done , but as many of you ladies have said the lists are EVERYWHERE, one thing gets crossed off and another gets added.
During this planning process I am also throwing my sister a baby shower. OMG!!

But i know it will all work out be beautiful , I CANT WAIT FOR THE HONEY MOON SO I CAN SLEEP!!lol

i guess all along i thought i had so much time.. now im realizing 4 months is gonna fly by!!!!! i still have flowers and limos to do. i am so excited though cause my dress comes in next week and im ordering my shoes as we speak! lol

LOL, kidding. I'm freaking in one way only . . . I want to finalize everything, meaning do my 'last check' with vendors NOW and check them off as booked, checked, schooled and finalized, not just booked . . . . I feel like there will be too much to do at the end, and I'm not looking forward to that last few weeks before the big day, but, it will all come off fine!

I hear ya! I'm getting married in 3 months and i was so wrapped up in the holidays that I took a 'break' from the planning so to speak. And now that's it's Jan, I'm freaking b/c I have SOOOO much more to do.

I just started adding all the things I need to do in an excel sheet. I organized it by month, like what's my priorty for Jan, Feb, March and so on. And I am just checking each task off as I complete it. I got some great advice from other brides about this. I know---a spreadsheet sounds really anal but it's the only way I can keep track and keep my sanity!

Look at it this way, hundreds and hundreds of brides go through this. in the end it will ALL get done.

in the meantime, just concentrate on the priorities and do one thing at a time. and maybe make a few cocktails for yourself

don't freak!!! i have to say i'm a little crazy and the only thing i have to book is the RD. we only got engaged in august and i wanted to have everything done ASAP. so i'm a lunatic! HAHA... don't worry you have plenty of time!!!

i think the spreadsheet is a GREAT idea - i need to make one!

and the drinks are a phenomenal idea! in fact, i need one right now!!!!!!

totally freaking out now. it wakes me up in the middle of the night, and then i start thinking of all the little details that need to get done. I was on top of all the major stuff early on, but i feel like its the little things that are getting me so overwhelmed now!!

For some crazy reason I am not freaking one bit I feel like I have everything done and now that I am reading this Im thinking maybe Im forgetting stuff I need to BUMP the list again and check it out.

BTW when do we start finalizing things with the vendors??
