maybe TMI does anyone get shaky during their period?
It's like weakness and my hands are not very steady. I've been anemic in the past, and it made me tired and weak, but recently my blood tests were pretty good and I have been good with taking my iron and vitamins. I just hate how many days in a row I feel crappy. I get PMS for like 3 days, then I get sick once my period starts. I was on continuous birth control for a long time (no periods) but now I had to take a break and get my period.

And my DH had to work really long hours this week! I say he knew to stay away from the house!!!

yeah i get shaky and very anxious!

you're not alone. I get the shakiness too sometimes if I haven't eaten much all day. My latest blood work my iron levels were ok so not sure what's up and I get PMS symptoms for a week sometimes two weeks. It's such a pain.

I get shaky and very tired. I tend to be on the anemic side too, although lately I'm ok. If you are really concerned talk to your doc..

I'm doing better now, of course. I feel like this all costs me a few days a month where I can't do much.

Sometimes with the crankiness, mood swings and food cravings, I feel like there are only a few days a month when I don't feel like crap!!!
