I wanted to apologize that I have been gone for so long!!!!!! I have been so stressed with trying to find an apartment and the ELA's for my kids that I have had absolutley no time for anything, I didn't even know you guys had another get together....but I am back now..lol....like it or not!!!

hahah terrible....everything is a problem for the FH.......he wants to live in a 3000 a month apartment on a 1500 budget..lol...thanks for asking though....I am just as picky as him I should mention, we just can't find an area and apartment that we like

We have looked all over....but we need to be in nassau or western suffolk on the north shore or like middle island.....i know its so specific..lol..that's why we are having such a hard time

HEY Chick!!! Welcome back. If your willing to spend that much $$ you should just look into buying a condo. If you rent for that much its like burning your $$. The only problem is coming up w/ a down payment while you're planning a wedding. I don't know. where are you looking? If I hear of anything I'll let you know.

I know I know, but FH is soooooooooooo picky about condo's if we could find a decent one for around 300,000 we could probably swing it, but we are moving out in June, so we might go to an apartment until after the wedding and then look for something else....thanks....keep your ears open for me!!

SHOOOOOOOOAA!!! Yeah I understand. But just to let you know the price of real estate is coming WAAAAAY down so even if you rent for a little while someplace cheap and save ur cash you could probably afford a house in no time. Rule of thumb is to come up with at least 20% as a down payment other wise you get faaaaaaaacked every which way to sunday!!!! (that's my 'taking a shot in the mouth' face)
